Welcome To My Woodturnings

Nearly all of my work is in the style of what is called Polychromatic Segmented Woodturning. In that style of woodturning, many pieces (sometimes hundreds) of different colored woods are cut, sanded and then glued together to form a shell which is then turned on a wood lathe to create bowls, vases, platters or other objects.

And for those who do similar type work or desire to learn I have included some information about my workshop/studio, tools and jigs, and the basic process I use to create my pieces.

I am a member of The American Association of Woodturners as sell as The Quad Cities Wood Turners a chapter of the AAW.
